1. Is it safe to shop on this site?
Yes. It is very safe to shop on this site. In fact, we don’t store any credit card numbers and use PayPal for all of our credit card processing. You can rely on their security, so you can rely on ours.
2. Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes we do. It is available at privacy.php.
3. How do backorders work?
If we don’t have enough product to satisfy your current demands, we will offer to send you what we have and make a backorder for the rest. When you make a backorder, you do not pay now, but only when the order is sent. When we have enough product to satisfy your backorder, you will receive a message and will see in the “backorders” section of “my account” that the backordered product is ready. At that point you can go to the checkout with the product and have it shipped to you.

Our site is in US dollars
7. How do I get better prices?
The way to get better prices is by buying larger quantities. The more you buy, the less the price – automatically.
8. When will my order arrive?
Your order should take no more than two to three weeks to arrive after the order is placed. If you have placed a backorder, that may take longer.
9. Can I track my shipments?
Yes you can. When we ship your order, we enter a tracking number into the system that you can use to track the shipment. The tracking number is found in “my account” under order history.
10. Do you have a retail store?
Yes we do. It is located in Montreal. For more information, click here.
11. Can I pick up my purchase?
Not right now, but you may come to our retail store in Montreal to make a purchase in person.
12. What credit cards to you accept?
We currently accept what PayPal, our processor accepts – Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
13. Do you give terms (credit)?
